At Fashion By Saqib, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

Eligibility for Returns / Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges only if:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • Tags and packaging are intact

  • A request is made within 7 days of delivery

Items that are damaged, worn, or altered are not eligible.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return:

  • Sale / discounted items

  • Custom or special-order products

  • Accessories (if hygiene-related)

Exchange Policy

We offer size & product exchanges only (where stock is available).

Customer is responsible for return shipping charges, unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.

Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only in case of:

  • Wrong item received

  • Defective / damaged product

Approved refunds are processed as:

  • Store credit or

  • Bank transfer (where applicable)

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.

Once shipped, the order is no longer eligible for cancellation.

  • Item name

  • Reason for return

  • Images (if damaged or incorrect)
